Risk Management Support Tool

This semester project deals with risk management. The whole work is conceived according to the current PMI standard. This is an analysis of the ten knowledge areas and the processes involved. After explaining the basic concepts of project management, all processes are briefly described, including the individual inputs and outputs of each process. The most attention is focused on the knowledge area of risk management, which is the subject of this work. From this knowledge area, the risk planning and identification processes are analyzed in more detail according to the assignment. On the basis of these two processes was created an architecture design of application. It describes application design and implementation in PHP framework Laravel. Final part of this thesis consists of testing chapter and final conclusion where the results and possible extensions are discussed.
Implementation of Agile Project Management Approach in Selected Company

The diploma thesis deals with implementation of Agile Project Management Approach for smaller software projects of the department ATS of the office HTS CZ of the corporation Honeywell. The ATS department is a part of the Aerospace division, focused at aviation. For implementation of new approach there was used the agile methodology Scrum and the project management standard PMBoK.
A Tool for quantitative analysis and risk detection of conflict in customer environments when releasing a version

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk detection in conflicts when releasing a new version in customer environments. This thesis deals with the knowledge areas of project management according to the current PMI standard, where one of the areas of risk management is described in more detail. Theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part when specifying the requirements and design of the tool. The following sections describe the implementation and testing procedure.
Supporting Tool for Vocational Qualification Verification

This master's thesis deals with the specification, design and implementation of a supporting tool for vocational qualification verification. At the beginning the project management is described in terms of the international standards and certifications. Then the requirements for the developed system are specified, the design of the system is created and the implementation of the prototype is described. The tool is designed as a web application simplifying the certification process from the point of submitting the application to the passing the examination. This tool provides a configurable system of the electronic tests and examinations, which can be customized to the requirements of various certifications.
Electronic Document Management in Project Management Tool

This work deals with electronic document management systems (EDMS) from the perspective of selected knowledge areas of project management processes. The aim of this thesis was to create an EDM system based on an appropriately selected EDM model, which would assist in the management of documents that arise during management processes in selected areas of project management (quality, human resources and communication within the project) with the possibility of extending to other knowledge areas.

This master thesis deals with risk management in projects. The goal was to study the knowledge areas of project management, especially planning, identification and qualitative analysis of risk management. Based on the information from the required area, a tool was designed to help visualize the risks on the project while supporting their identification and analysis. The designed tool was programmed with the combination of Java Spring Boot server and React client. At the end of this thesis you can find result of the testing and possible future expansion of the application.
Support of Schedule Management in Agile Product Development

This thesis deals with the solution from the project management especially with the focus on the schedule management with attributes of agile techniques. Application of drawingless documentation in the design of a milling clamping device

The bachelor's Thesis describes the construction of a milling fixture for clamping a component on a machine tool using drawing-less documentation. Available methods of clamping workpieces for machining are described here, and the creation of drawing-less documentation is further explained. Today, in the vast majority of cases, classic drawing documentation is used, which is in many ways more tedious than the processing of described 3D digital data about the model. The work describes the creation of drawing-less documentation on a specific design solution of a milling clamping device. This solution is developed on the basis of three proposals for possible conceptual solutions for the clamping fixture. Complete, drawingless documentation of all individual parts of the product. The bachelor's thesis shows the advantages of drawing-less documentation compared to 2D drawings of components, but also mentions shortcomings that reduce the overall impression. A possible improvement that could simplify the presentation of digital model data is suggested.
Drawingless documentation in engineering

This bachelor thesis deals with the research of the use of drawingless documentation in mechanical engineering. Drawingless documentation, or Model Based Definition (MBD), enables the transition from 2D engineering drawings to 3D CAD models annotated using machine readable annotations, the so-called PMI data. This thesis addresses both its use in industrial applications and its preservation using appropriate CAD formats. Studies especially in the field of inspection show positive results of MBD application in industry. For the proper functioning of PMI it is crucial that this data is reliably transferable. Therefore, this thesis investigated the portability of PMI data to GOM Inspect from a test component in the form of a bearing rack. The drawingless documentation in STEP AP242 format was compared with the scanned mesh of the part produced by 3D printing. 47 % of the generated PMI was successfully imported and evaluated. Human intervention would be required to transfer all the data, which could introduce errors into the transfer, and therefore these shortcomings must be minimised for companies using MBD. The findings were presented and discussed at the end of the paper.
